Why might items be missing from my order?
In rare cases, items may be unavailable at the time your order is packed. When this happens, we will notify you via email before your delivery arrives, letting you know which item(s) are out of stock. A credit will be applied to your account for the out of stock item(s).
What should I do if I didn’t receive a notification about a missing item?
If you notice that an item is missing from your order and you haven’t received an out-of-stock notification, please reach out to us as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery) so we can investigate further. Here’s how:
