Once an order has been paid, customers can no longer change the delivery date on their own. If you need to make changes to a delivery date after payment, please reach out to Customer Support at admin@ourcow.com.au for assistance.
However, you can still update your delivery date before your next subscription renewal. Follow these steps to manage your delivery schedule directly from your account dashboard.
Steps to Reschedule Your Next Delivery

Sign in to Your Account
Log into your account to access your dashboard. -
Go to Your Dashboard
Once signed in, select the Dashboard option. -
Click on "Show Details"
Find the "Show Details" option to view your subscription settings. -
Select the “Edit Details” Box
This will open up additional options for managing your delivery. -
Scroll to “Reschedule Next Delivery”
Scroll down until you see the section labeled Reschedule Next Delivery. -
Choose “Edit”
Select the Edit button to access the date options. -
Set Your New Dates
Use the dropdown boxes to pick your preferred payment date and delivery date. -
Save Your Changes
Finally, click Save to confirm the new delivery schedule.
Your updated delivery date should now show in your account.
