How to Change Products in My Active Subscription / How to Adjust My Order

If you want to change products in your active subscription or adjust your order on ourcow.com.au, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account

• Go to ourcow.com.au and click the Sign In button at the top-right corner.
• Enter your email and password to log in.

2. Go to your subscription settings

• After logging in, click on the Account icon in the top-right corner.
• From the dropdown menu, select Subscription Settings or Manage Subscription.

3. Select the subscription you want to edit

• In your subscription settings, find the active subscription you want to modify.
• Click View Details or Edit Subscription next to the relevant subscription.

4. Adjust the products in your subscription

• Once you're in the subscription details, look for an option to Edit Products or Adjust Order.
• From here, you can add new products, remove existing ones, or change quantities of items in your order.
• Browse the product selection and update your order according to your preferences.

5. Save your changes

• After making the necessary adjustments, click Save or Update Subscription to confirm the changes to your product selection.
• You will see a confirmation message once your subscription has been successfully updated.

6. Review your next order

• Once your changes are saved, you can review your updated subscription in the Upcoming Orders or Order Summary section on your dashboard.
• Ensure that the correct products and quantities are reflected in your next scheduled delivery.
