How to Add/Remove a Credit Card on your account

If you need to add or remove a credit card from your account on ourcow.com.au, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account

• Go to ourcow.com.au and click the Sign In button at the top-right corner.
• Enter your email and password to log in.

2. Select Account tab

Scroll down to CARDS then select

3. Add in new card

• Enter your new credit card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
• After filling in the details, click Save or Add Card to securely store the card to your account.

4. Remove a credit card

• To remove an existing credit card, find the card you want to delete in the list of payment methods.
• Click on the Rubbish bin icon button next to that card.
• Confirm the removal when prompted. Once removed, this card will no longer be available for future payments.

5. Set a default credit card (optional)

• If you have multiple cards saved and want to set a specific one as your default for future payments, locate the card you prefer and click on Set as Default.

6. Confirm your changes

• After adding or removing a card, review your payment method list to ensure the correct information is saved.
• You will also receive a confirmation email regarding any changes made to your payment methods.
