How to pause your subscription / How to put your order on-hold / How do I postpone my next order

If you need to pause your subscription, put your order on hold, or postpone your next order on ourcow , follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account

• Visit ourcow.com.au and click the Sign In button at the top-right corner.
• Enter your email and password to log in.

2. How to postpone or delay next order

• Once logged in, click on the Account icon in the top-right corner (person icon)
• From the Dashboard page click on show details
• To postpone for 1 week you can select Delay (1 Week) or Select Edit details for more date options.
• Scroll to Reschedule Next Delivery and select edit-Drop down boxes will appear on the dates where you can select the requested payment and delivery dates.
• Once dates have been selected be sure to save the changes.
