At Our Cow, we know plans change! Whether you’ve moved or just need your order to arrive somewhere new, updating your delivery address is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to add or change your delivery address on ourcow.com.
Note: Once an order has been paid, the delivery address cannot be updated. If you need to change the address after payment, please contact our customer service team at admin@ourcow.com.au for assistance.
Steps to Change Your Delivery Address

Sign in to Your Account
- Visit ourcow.com and click on the Sign In button at the top-right corner.

Go to Your Dashboard
- Once signed in, navigate to your Dashboard.
- Click on "Show Details" on the subscription you want to change.
- Click on Edit Details to open the address section.

Scroll to “Address”
- Locate the section titled Address.
- Locate the section titled Address.

Choose “Edit”
- Click on Edit next to your current address to make changes.

Set New Address
- Enter your new address details, including street, city, state, and postal code.

Save Your Changes
- After entering the new address, click Save to confirm the update.
Steps to Add a New Address

Go to the Address Menu
- In your account settings, navigate to the Addresses menu.
- In your account settings, navigate to the Addresses menu.

Click “+ Add an Address”
- Select the + Add an Address option to start entering a new delivery address.

Input New Address
- Fill in the form with your new address details, including street, city, state, and postal code.

Save Your New Address
- After entering the new address, click Save to store it in your account.
What If an Order Is Already Paid?
Once an order has been paid, the delivery address cannot be changed directly. If you find yourself needing to update the address after payment, please contact our customer support team at admin@ourcow.com.au. We’ll review your request and help determine the best solution.
