   Visit ourcow.com.au and log in to your account using the email and password you signed up with.

   

2. Go to the Subscription Section
   Once logged in, navigate to the “Subscriptions” section in your account dashboard. Here, you’ll see a summary of your active subscriptions, including the next scheduled delivery date.

   

3. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’
   Find the subscription you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button. You may be prompted to confirm your decision to ensure there’s no accidental cancellation.

   

4. Confirm Cancellation
   Once you confirm, your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you will no longer be charged for future deliveries. You’ll also receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation.

    

What Happens After You Cancel?

• No Further Charges: Once you cancel, you will not be billed for any future subscription cycles. If there’s an upcoming delivery already scheduled, it may still be shipped unless you cancel before the cut-off time.
