How to Combine Deliveries

1. Place Your Orders at the Same Time
   To ensure your deliveries are combined, it's best to place your normal order and any additional items in one single transaction. This way, our system will automatically group your products into one delivery

2. Add to an Existing Order
   If you’ve already placed an order but want to add more items, contact our customer service team at admin@ourcow.com.au or 0256321202 as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to add your new items to the existing order before it ships.

3. Same Delivery Schedule
   When you combine deliveries, everything will be sent on the same delivery schedule. If you prefer to receive certain items sooner or on a different date, we recommend placing separate orders to ensure timely delivery for each one.
