Include Photos (If Possible)
To help us address the problem more efficiently, we recommend sending photos of the meat you received. This will allow us to assess the quality issue and take the necessary steps to prevent it from happening again. -
Credit or Refund Options
At Our Cow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the meat you received was damaged, spoiled, or didn’t meet the quality standards you expect, we offer the following options:- Credit: A credit will be applied to your Our Cow account.
- Refund: If you prefer, we can issue a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

While we take every measure to ensure your meat arrives in perfect condition, occasional issues can arise during shipping, such as:- Temperature Issues: If the packaging was compromised or there was a delay in transit, this could affect the freshness of the meat.

I asked you to cancel any future orders, after receiving my first order.
It was cool weather yet the ice was non existant Luckily the meat was still OK, but please cancell any future orders as originally requested.
